Membership Renewal 2021

This page is set up to help members make their 2021-2022 annual subscription payment.

(If you have not already completed your application form then please do so using [this link] to an online application; if for any reason you cannot use the online renewal then please download the renewal form from [this link], print it off, complete and return to our Membership Secretary.

The best way to return the form is to scan or photograph the form and email to our membership secretary, jillknock@hotmail.com,; alternatively post to Jill; address below.

Payment can be made by using either of the following methods:

1   Direct Bank transfer using the following payment details (PLEASE NOTE THIS PAYMENT OPTION WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM 1ST APRIL) :

PLEASE ENSURE YOU USE YOUR FULL NAME AS THE REFERENCE WHEN MAKING A BANK TRANSFER  (without this information we will be unable to link your payment to you and it causes a lot of work for everyone as we try to reconcile payments received with no details)

2   Cheque – Please post your signed cheque (made payable to Leigh Estuary u3a) with a note of your details to Membership Secretary, 8 Parkside, Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex SS0 8PR along with a self addressed envelope for your membership card to be sent back to you.  Please also ensure you have completed an online form (link above) or alternatively print off a copy of the membership form (see above), complete and return with your cheque.
